Shipping & Returns

1. DELIVERY & TRANSPORT :

1.1. The shipping cost is indicated on the day of the Buyer’s order. The sale price will be increased by the shipping fees which will be indicated on the day of the order. The shipping cost may vary depending on the weight of the products ordered and the destination.

1.2. Any sale can only be made to the following countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Monaco.

1.3. All orders are processed on the same day provided that the order is placed from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Otherwise, the order will be processed on the next working day before 10:00 a.m.

1.4. Orders are neither processed, nor shipped, nor delivered on Sundays or public holidays. The usual delivery times are between 3 (three) and 7 (seven) working days (to pickup points or home delivery) from the order confirmation.

1.5. Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

In the event of a prolonged delay (exceeding 4 - four - days at least) in the shipment of the order, MAMMA SILKA will contact the Buyer by email or by phone.

1.6. MAMMA SILKA shall be solely responsible for any failure regarding transport except in cases of Force Majeure such as strike, bad weather, pandemic.

Once the order has been shipped, the Buyer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the delivery tracking number. The tracking number will also be accessible in the customer account area on the website.

1.7. If the item ordered by the Buyer arrives damaged, or if there is a non-conformity between the delivery and the order, the Buyer must inform as soon as possible (and in accordance with the T&Cs) by email at contact@mamasilka.com, who will handle the Buyer’s request as quickly as possible.

By mutual agreement of the Parties, the Buyer agrees to check the condition of the products upon receipt of the order and report any defect within 3 (three) working days.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND

3.1. MAMMA SILKA offers a one hundred percent (100%) refund guarantee for 14 (fourteen) calendar days (from the day after delivery) for all Buyers.

3.2. If a Buyer has purchased a Product and is not satisfied with it, before any opening/use of the ordered Products, the Buyer may request a refund from MAMMA SILKA of their purchase, provided that the Product(s) are returned to MAMMA SILKA (who will bear the related costs) within the indicated time frame (the deposit date of the Product to be returned at the postal provider being proof) and under the conditions stated below.

3.3. All Product returns must:

  • Use the withdrawal form provided for this purpose (available on the Site) or any other written statement clearly expressing the Buyer’s intention to withdraw. This statement must be made before the expiration of the period and can be sent by email to contact@wellnesstheories.com;
  • Under no circumstances should the Product be opened and/or used;
  • The Product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging;
  • The Buyer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days, starting the day after the withdrawal decision, to return the order to MAMMA SILKA;
  • If the returned product is not received by MAMMA SILKA, it is the customer’s responsibility to trace the shipment, and otherwise, no refund will be applied.

3.4. Any refund will normally occur within 7 (seven) days of receiving the Products returned by the Buyer and after verification by MAMMA SILKA.

In the event that the returned Products do not meet the return conditions stated above, the refund may be refused or reduced.
