How to place an order?
 

To place an order, simply:

  1. Select the desired products
  2. Add them to your cart
  3. Enter your shipping information
  4. Proceed to secure payment.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
 

If your order has not yet been shipped, it may sometimes be possible to modify or cancel it.

How can I know if my order is confirmed?
 

After payment is confirmed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email.
If you don’t receive it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Which countries do you deliver to?
 

We currently deliver to several countries in Europe as well as the United Kingdom.

Where are the orders shipped from?
 

Orders destined for Europe are shipped from France.

Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped directly from our warehouse located in the UK.

What are the delivery times?
 

Delivery times are generally between 3 and 7 business days after the shipment of your order. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

How to track my order?
 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track the progress of your package directly via the link in the email.
You can also track your order via the Shopify Shop app, which allows you to easily track your deliveries in real-time.

What to do if I haven't received my order?
 

If your order seems delayed or lost, please contact our customer service so we can check the situation with the carrier.

Can I return an item?
 

Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return.

Are returns free?
 

Yes. Returns are completely free.

We will send you a prepaid return label via the DPD carrier.

Can I try the product before returning it?
 

Yes, of course. You can try the item to check the size. The product must simply be returned:

  • Clean
  • In its original packaging.
How to make a return?
 

To make a return:

  1. Contact our customer service.
  2. Receive your DPD return label.
  3. Drop off your package at a pick-up point.
Where should I send my return?
 

For orders delivered within Europe, returns should be sent to our warehouse located in France.

For orders delivered to the United Kingdom, returns should be sent to our warehouse located in the UK.

When will I receive my refund?
 

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund is usually processed within 5 to 10 business days.

The refund will be issued to the payment method used during the order.

How to choose the right size?
 

If you're unsure between two sizes, we recommend checking the size guide available on each product page.

Can the products be washed?
 

Yes. The care instructions are provided on the product label and on the product page on the website.

We recommend following these instructions to maintain the quality of the fabric.

Are the product colors true to the photos?
 

We do our best to ensure that the photos accurately reflect the color of the products. However, slight variations may occur depending on the screens.

What payment methods do you accept?
 

We accept several secure payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • PayPal
  • Other methods available at the time of payment.

Payments are fully secure through Shopify Payments.

Are my payment details secure?
 

Yes. All transactions are protected by a secure and encrypted payment system. Your bank details are never accessible by Mamma Silka.
